My lil sis keeps running off wht to do!!!! help!?

Ummm well i think you should put her in a room and make her stay there for like awhile and also try to like take her favorite things away from her and if she crys or something you should just tell her you wont get this back until you behave.Something like that. So just try to make her listen to you guys and take things that she loves and take it away from her. SO i bet she will learn.
