I need an answer for my quistion a bout applying for a job ?

This will sound rude, but it must be said. Your spelling and the way you word your sentences is really bad. If your resume looked like this question I can understand why you haven't found a job. I think you asked if you could sue the person who interviewed you and the answer is no. You can't sue a person just because he didn't call you back concerning the job. They only call if they hire you and he didn't want to hire you. Ask a friend to look over your resume and help you make corrections.
