Who of these has the better saltwater rod... abu garcia, daiwa, penn, or st. croix?

Not honing in on a specific model just yet but looking for a rod around 100 bucks and have narrowed it down to these 4 brands and would like to know your opinions on these. It will be used for striper, porgy, sea bass, fluke.... in saltwater of course. If you have experience with any or all of these please let me know, thanks.
