My x wife is ruining my credit?

I inherited $35000 in credit card debt with the divorce. I traded that for 26 extra overnights with my 4 kids. I spent $20000 toy attorney fort divorce. Still owe him $18000. My wife got the family hone. The loan is only in my name. She has stopped paying the mortgage. I nay have to foreclose the house. I am also looking into bankruptcy too. What should I do.
