LGBT: How do you meet people?

My brother is gay and he doesn't know how to meet people. He's a very attractive guy (I'm not just saying that because I'm his sis he is) we were at the gym and this guy was looking at him and I told him to go up to him and he was like no way, what if he's straight and he punches me lol... but yeah he is too scared to go up to guys. He's 18 and you wouldn't think he's gay he isn't a little fairy which is why I think my dad is kool with it :P
