My ex gf dumped me and wont talk to me why?

Ok so i have a mild case of ptsd. And it affects how i treat my family and friends. I am a ggod man and took care of her daughters she even had her youngest calling me daddy. She broke up with me several times under the pretence i would get counsiling and help i never folled threw. I talked to her best friend she says she still cares for me. I have sent her texts telling her i have got help from the VA and on meds. She told me not intl i got help then we will see if we can get back together. Since then she wont talk to me. Tells me not to talk to her family. But still borrows movies from my sis. And has asked my mom to pick her daughter up from daycare. Her friend says she is not seeing anyone. So why is she ignoring me? She wanted to marry me and was like i cant belive i am with you. She broke up with me befor i told her to lose my number she text me the next day saying she loved me to much to lose me. So why is she ignoring me now?
