Chances of my mom pregnant?

My mom said she felt something inside of her and she kept on touching her stomach almost all day her stomach got bigger but i dont want her to get pregnant i have 3 sis and i hade it i cant watch tv cause i hear my sister laughing (they have loud voices) and my lil sis argueing and i have to help my mom clean their room :( im fiftteenn by the way
