Can you please answer this easy question?

My birthday is May31, 1998 and my little brothers birthday is febuary2, 2002. so i think im 4 years older than him. i mean sure i was 3 when he was born but we r still 4 years apart cuz this year he turned 9 and i turned 13. my older sis thinks im 3 years older. what do you think?
