Can anyone name this movie?!?

so i dont know too much about this movie but i was watching it on tv one day, and ill try and give you as much information as i can about it because it was really good from what i saw but i never caught the name. the part i watched had a girl probably around 16 who got sent back to her country with her mother and had to leave her little bro and sis behind with her father because she wrote an essay in school about how she understood why the terrorists did what they did on 9/11. it seemed like in the movie there were many different stories going on and itd switch to different ones, im guessing they all connected somehow in the end, also i think the main guy from the fugitive , harrison ford i think is in it, thats all i remember!
